Audit firm Praktik-Auditor was founded on September 16, 1999. The firm holds the audit license No. Е 003834 issued on 07.04.2003 by the Treasury of the Russian Federation. The license was prolonged in 2008 until 07.04.2013.

The Firm’s professional liability has been insured with Ingosstrakh insurance company since 1999.

Audit Firm Praktik-Auditor is a member of Moscow Audit Chamber.

In May, 2009 with a view of expansion of a spectrum of rendered services there has begun work Firm Praktik-Consult. Firm Praktik-Consult working in close cooperation with Firm Praktik-Auditor.
